How long does an augmentation last? I mean, is it permanent or is it something where they sag and you have to keep going back to a surgeon every few years?

I had a friend who got an augmentation and I know she's been back at least once, but I don't know if that is normal.

From what I know these days you shouldn't need to go back in after breast surgery because they are much better. I know a few years ago they weren't very good and people had to go back in every few years.

It's a permanent procedure, you don't have to keep going back.
